4 years plus as a Store Manager for Starbucks. Customer Service is an expectation of my job and is something that comes naturally to me.
Legendary service and a retail mindset paired with exceptional interpersonal skills are what create my passion for people and the service industry.
I bring that daily to my passion for Inns and people.
I am adept at learning and mastering reservations and computer programs. I understand and appreciate systems that are in place to ensure highly satisfied guests.
Social Media and the computer are part of my daily routine and believe in their value to procure a solid increase in patrons.
Culinary and Managerial Skills
Mornings are my specialty. Cooking breakfast and serving people in the morning,welcoming guests with a smile and attitude that is as warm as the kitchen and preparation of a sustainable, local delicious breakfast. Making guest breakfast and serving them are a strength of mine. I am capable of lifting 50 lbs, multitasking and creating breakfast in a timely and proficient manner. I am more than excited to learn from you and do what is required. I am Food Safety Certified and a dual citizen of both USA and Canada.
My love of Bed and Breakfasts and of the coastal areas stem from my life growing up in the PNW ,especially San Juan Islands. As well as living and extensive traveling in Canada.
